About Your Landlord

We are one of the first landlords involved in the development and piloting of the Liverpool Student Homes code of practise scheme.

Also we are one of the first to be recogised by Liverpool City Council's "Liverpool Good Landlord Practice Scheme", which was set up in 1998 to offically recognise landlords who maintain good quality standards of practice as well as service.
